Under the CWIP initiative, Mayor Dean is looking to provide Nashville with economic benefits and greater environmental protections. He is also looking to ensure the health and safety of the residents of Nashville. Metro Water Services, working within the Clean Water Infrastructure Program (CWIP), plays a critical role in delivering on these initiatives which are having a direct impact on every citizen's quality of life. Under the CWIP initiative, Mayor Dean is looking to provide Nashville with economic benefits, greater environmental protections and further ensuring the health and safety of the residents of Nashville.
 
The Future
The new CIS solution will provide Metro Water Services with the tools to manage the consumer rates, streamline internal processes, and improve the level of customer service offered to the customers. Metro Water Services will experience an increase in organizational efficiency and flexibility that will improve the internal processes and external customer experience.
Project Objective
The objective of this project is to successfully transition Metro Water Services from its current  utility billing system to the enQuesta based CIS Solution. Systems & Software, Inc. shall implement enQuesta 4 and other ancillary products as indicated in the master contract for Metro Water Services.
